Blake Lively was not exactly blending in with her surroundings.  

The 27-year-old cut a chic figure in a colorful mini dress in New York City on Wednesday as she exited the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. 

Making the look even more eye-catching, her long coat was another kaleidoscope of hues and the knockout's enviable legs were highlighted by striking red heels.

The Gossip Girl star's blonde tresses were tied back into a high ponytail and she wisely exercised restraint in her makeup palette, better to not exhaust every shade of the rainbow. 

Blake posed for photographs as she made her way to a Tribeca Film Festival event at the Apple Store Soho to promote her new film The Age Of Adaline.

In the fantasy-romance movie, she portrays Adaline Bowman, a woman who stopped aging at 29 years old and posses eternal youth.

However, the genetic gift is also problematic- as she must assume a new identity every decade lest her secret be discovered.

Adaline's story begins in 1930s through the present day - a span of 80 years - and with that comes decades of high fashion.

While promoting her film, Blake has stepped out in spectacular gowns and pricey baubles as a nod to her stylish character.

In fact, the beauty has so far donned more than $10million in jewelry for red carpet appearances and interviews since Sunday, People reports. 

On Wednesday, she made 11 outfit changes and wore $4million in gems on the media circuit. 

That she is so committed to making spectacular fashion statements, the new mother stayed up to the bewitching hours 3 a.m.on Monday to select jewelry for her appearances throughout the week.

Taking to Instagram, she shared an image of the daunting task - where she is seen lying on a bed surrounded by designer Ofira Sandberg and her Ofira jewelry range.
